Cancellation Policy
To maintain optimal booking opportunities for all tour guests, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Diamond Deluxe Custom Tours is not responsible for inclement weather, traffic, or random mechanical misfunctions.
